@danaceda: You have the power to ACTUALLY improve working conditions. Delete the tweet and introduce a plan

@kwelldon: The police force is underpaid and overworked. This leads to stress, pressure, and misery. Pay the police well and give them proper housing, medicare, pension & have a duty of care policy that works for them.

@ChegeGakinya: Leadership is the biggest challenge in the force. Leadership should sort all issues listed above i.e. housing, medicare, mental health etc. No OCPD, OCS should be above 40 years, Min degree and certification in mental health a mandatory skill. Use the cadets model.

@tulindekenya: First of all, stop senior officers from sleeping with junior officers wives then intimidating them. Secondly, check on the problems your security guys might be going through. Just have one officer who can go around and talk to them on your behalf. Lastly, we need to have a body within the police service Commission that can go around and talk to police officers and report straight to you. A call center for police officers to report cases like mistreatments by their Seniors. let it be handled by specialists.

@mustafacurtis: I’m sorry to say this sir but mental health among the police force is the biggest disease ever. If u don’t do something we are completely dying of day in kindly sir just look at the numbers of drunk police officers, the numbers are to the ceiling.. we just need attention.

@ChrisOtera: Stop training young police on how to use guns only. Give them a thorough 3 years course that will make them a wholesome human being with good emotional intelligence. Otherwise, this is not the last of it. Review your policies on relationships; let the 2 consenting parties declare.
