Meet the newest pilot in town. Flamboyant Nairobi Senator Mike Sonko shocked many when he announced that he was flying top African Union (AU) officials to South Africa to meet President Jacob Zuma.

Sunday afternoon, Sonko posted a picture of himself inside a plane cockpit on his Twitter account and captioned:

 “Watu wangu I'll be unaivalable [sic] for the next 4Hrs &17 minutes, I will be flying top AU officials to meet S.A President.”

Earlier on, he had tweeted bragging how he is the newest pilot and the only flying politician in Africa, and rumors have it that he is the owner of the 8-seater jet.
