Pastor T Mwangi was a guest at Size 8's album launch where Mpasho.co.ke got an opportunity to interview him.

During the interview he praised the singer saying, "I resonate with what Size 8 is going a the moment, preaching the gospel. I have seen her preach, I have seen her burden, especially with the name of her album titled 'Unveiling Jesus'."

The pastor also opened up about why he had stepped away from the music scene explaining,

"I discovered that music is always in seasons and my season at the moment is in the pastoral vein. But I have a studio in the church where I have set up audio, video, and live recording. This coming Sunday we will be doing a live album. What I am doing is raising other people nd giving people an opportunity I never got."

The man of God also addressed those detractors who call him strict, noting that he was a person w stood for truth.

"I am very strict. I am just a lover of truth and looking at our generation, there is a truth gap. I am just being real. People who have hung out with me will know that I have a soft spot that I keep hidden but I feel that there is a place for that radicalness and aggressiveness."

What did he have to say about people who call him controversial?

"We are leaving in an age where speaking the truth is seen as controversial. The truth has no lifespan and it will always defend itself. There are also things that the church shes away from like; LGBTQ, pastors behaving badly, masturbation. I try to address things that people aren't speaking about."
