Kambua has openned up on her motherhood journey.

She, together with her husband. Jackson Mathu welcomed baby Nathaniel.

In an interview with Parents Magazine, Kambua is asked, what she felt when she found out she was pregnant?

Kambua said,

"Obviously I had waited for a long time. There was some excitement but not the jump up and down type of excitement."

She added,

"It was filled with anxiety because I wasn't sure how the journey is going to be. So I was anxious but more than anything, I was grateful."

She revealed to the magazine that 5 to 10 years from now she will be

"more intentional with her music and have more babies."
