It was pomp and colour as Kenya's top personalities attended the event dubbed #Boxing UnderTheStars event at the Carnivore Grounds last night. Nairobi Senator Mike Sonko, Machakos Governor Alfred Mutua, Nairobi Women Rep Racheal Shebesh, former middleweight champion Conjestina Achieng’ were among those in attendance.

Organized by Miss Eastlands Nairobi Eveleen Mingoye and Skippers Boxing Promotion, the event was organized to raise funds in aid of ailing boxing star Conjestina Achieng'. This was after the 38-year-old was recently beaten by a mob and left with severe injuries.
