Thousand of Nairobi residents thronged Mombasa Road and Uhuru highway waiting to catch a glimpse of the world's most protected man. Unlike what he did during his 2013 tour in Tanzania, President Obama did not stop to say hi to the public.
After he landed, the president was welcomed by President Uhuru Kenyatta accompanied by Nairobi Governor Evans Kidero, Interior SC Joseph Nkaissery and military bosses.
Kenyans on social media have however gone on social media to ask why the Deputy President wasn't present at the airport.
