Digital content creator and entrepreneur Eve Mungai has revealed she moved in with her ex-boyfriend video recording and directing maestro Director Trevor out of desperation, not love.

The 24-year-old YouTuber opened up on how she felt circumstances and the foolishness of young age led her to cohabit with the famed videographer who helped thrush her into limelight and propel her career.

"Especially young people, we end up in marriages or in relationships because of situations. For me, I ended up in a come-we-stay marriage because I didn't want to stay in my parents house and I didn't have anywhere else to go," Eve candidly said during an interview with Commentator 254.

She went on to reveal her and Trevor met towards the end of 2019, come 2020 the pandemic broke out but as luck would have it she'd started gaining popularity which led her into the calculated move of staying with her then boyfriend so as to build her career.

Letting her walls down, Eve shared in retrospect, after conversations with herself, she realized her 20-year-old self wasn't really in love.

"We hadn't interacted much... personally, and I don't know how people are going to take this but it's something I have come to realize recently I don't think... I don't even think there was love.

Not just me, the both of us. I feel like it was situations that brought us together then we went on to work together and it was peaking so we focused on that. For me, it's because I didn't have anywhere else to go so I ran to him.

Then I started feeling this person has taught me everything I know and what not so I stayed," the brand influencer calmly shared.

Finishing up she highlighted Trevor thrashed her into the online world after just 2 months of them moving in together and as young people trying to chase the bag they focus fully went into that.

"Looking back to my younger self I feel like it wasn't love it was situations and confusion. To be very honest, and no offence I hope people understand me. You know we didn't even get a chance to get to know each other and focus on ourselves," Mungai Eve explained.
