His physique has netizens talking.

South African King of Squats Nkulululeko Dlamini is in Kenya.

In an interview with Radio Maisha on Thursday, Sep 19, he opened up about being cyberbullied online by men, more than women.

He says the mocking however encourages him.

He revealed that he has been told by men that they are ashamed of him.

"I was not bad I was having the body, but I was not like this, but while you are squatting, the body changes"

The attention he draws encourages him, however.

"That one encouraged me, mostly I think most of the guys feel ashamed, , yes, some they even put something, if you can check social media, -gesturing at put this backside, they put, to imitate me, then they do the squat, but that encourages me more. Because when you are doing that, you are working out, but you, you are mocking me "

Dlamini is a footballer, and his inspiration for squats arose from the sport as well.

"I used to play football professionally. I didn't retire at the time, I just went to do the fitness because I was in love with soccer. There was a lot of politics in there, but because I had the vision, I told myself, no, let me go do fitness so that I can focus on my goal of football because I stay in the gym too long time"

He has been doing this for 10 years, which has changed his life.
