Comedian turned film producer and director Terrence Creative has shared lessons he learned after becoming a parent at the tender age of 21 as well as a shocking revelation that he is a published author.

Partaking in the global 'throwback Thursday (TBT) trend the digital content creator shared a carousel of photos showcasing his youthful self, hanging out with his first-born daughter.

In some of the photos, a skinny Terence with high cheekbones and a small afro could be seen smiling broadly as his daughter, a wee toddler then stood in front of him.

In another pic, he could be seen cradling his newborn who's wrapped in a pink shawl.

Sharing what it meant to be a dad while still figuring life out the now father of 2 wrote, "Becoming a parent at 21 taught me amazing lessons that I appreciate to date. I learned how to control my emotions, deal with stress, and handle difficult situations with more composure.

It gave me a different perspective on life, I gained a new perspective on what truly matters, often focusing more on long-term goals and survival,".

The 'Wash Wash' start went on to give flowers to his late grandmother who raised him helping mould him into a better person. Before revealing a year after welcoming his daughter he published a book. Interestingly, he now knows nothing about the said book and if it's still on the market or not.

He also emphasized the importance of planned parenthood, encouraging people to learn to have kids when ready.

"Although I am an orphan, I really appreciate what my parents do and more so my grandma who never gave up on me or made me feel shitty about myself, btw today is her birthday, she would be 83, continue resting in power queen: "Sekeret," Terence wrote in part.

The last of his posts read, "Slide two is the first book I wrote at 22 it was called "Hope Abounds" sijui ilienda wapi.  Slide 3 is a TBT of my lovely grandma.

Anyway, guys pia msisahau kutumia contraceptives ndio mkuwe wazazi mkiwa ready for parenthood."
