Oga Obinna recently took to social media to announce that anyone who knows Maddox's whereabouts should inform him so he can arrange for him to enter rehab.
He shared how he has been struggling to locate Maddox but his efforts have been in vain.
"I'm still trying to find Maddox. X-ray shared with me a contact that could help, but we've not been able to locate him. I spoke with Oscar Sudi about Maddox's rehabilitation while in Eldoret, and we really need to find him. We need to save that boy," Obinna said.
Despite many people claiming Maddox is in Kasarani, Dufla posted on his Instagram informing Obinna that he was with Maddox and would like to collaborate on helping him.
Maddox has been struggling with drug abuse, which has severely affected his music career. "I am with Maddox. His friend called me about him, and I invited them to meet up so we could figure out the way forward," Dufla wrote.
Dufla expressed gratitude for the YouTuber's interest in helping Maddox and asked him to get in touch so they could discuss the next steps. "I'm glad Oga Obinna is looking for Maddox. Bro, call me so we can see what to do," he concluded.
Obinna has a history of helping people struggling with substance abuse, such as former Citizen reporter Kimani Mbugua, who received treatment in rehab thanks to his and Mike Sonko's assistance.
