Vanessa Mdee's message to fans begging for new music

Vanessa Mdee and Rotimi are celebrating their love with new pictures.

The couple shared how much they still love each other, with official photos. 

"… Still 💞" captioned Mdee as Rotimi also commented "🕊️😍STILL😍🕊️"

Her fans while appreciating their love, also appealed to her to reconsider and release music one last time.

Many commented how much they miss Vanessa the artiste, hoping to convince her to react.

She did respond and indicate her position on such a possibility. She is dubbed Tanzania's queen of pop.

Dj Ally Bi called on her to give her passion for music another go.

Vanessa expressed her thoughts on the matter, perhaps signaling about the pressure "@djallybi usijali Kaka 🙌"

The Tanzanian sweetheart released her debut single "Closer" in 2012, and in 2014, unveiled her debut studio album, “Money Monday,” 

She collaborated with international artists such as Jux, Reekado Banks, and Mr. P, further establishing herself as a global artist. Her collaboration with Nigerian artist Mr. P on the hit single, “Kisela,” gained widespread popularity and introduced her music to a new audience.

She has been recognized as Best Female Artist in East Africa multiple times, including at the African Muzik Magazine Awards (AFRIMMA) and the All Africa Music Awards (AFRIMA).

In 2019, she announced her decision to take a break from music to focus on her mental health. 

She returned in 2020 with the release of her EP, “Expensive Soul,” which featured hit songs like “Moyo” and “Bado.” 

When she met Rotimi, Vanessa was clear she had left the music world, claiming it was demonic.
