Former socialite and content creator Risper Faith has shared an update on her impressive weight loss journey.
This is after undergoing cosmetic surgery.
The update excited netizens who commented on her body transformation.
At the same time, Risper is advising her fans and followers on social media fraud.
The mother of one shared a video that captured the before and after - showing her massive weight loss.
The former Nairobi Diaries actress admitted that she had poor eating habits that made her gain alot of weight.
“This is a little motivational video for someone who wants to lose weight. This is me last year, I was eating all sorts of junk. If my baby doesn’t finish his food, I eat it; visitors leave food on their plates, I eat it; food left in the sufuria, I eat. Every type of junk was getting into my body. I just sat down one day and vowed to change my life,” she said.
Risper further cautioned her fans against believing everything they see on social media.
She confessed that she would often wear a waist trainer and use Photoshop on her pictures so that no one would make fun of her weight.
“Also, let me tell you something, everything you see on social media is not real. We used to wear waist trainers and Photoshop our pictures like crazy so that we look smart and you don’t make fun of us, but this is the real deal. This is the behind-the-scenes,” she added.
According to her, the procedure has changed her life for the better, even though she is currently left with loose skin and stretch marks.
She noted that currently, she is healthier and happier.
“I went and got a gastric sleeve, and six months down the line, this is me. I have really changed my life. My behind has reduced, but I am very happy.
"Nowadays, I sleep so well, I am so happy, I am very confident. Even though I have loose skin and stretch marks, I don’t care, I am at my happiest," Risper said.
"If you want to lose weight, please get a gastric sleeve because it is permanent. You will never get fat in your whole life. You will remain young, sweet 16, even though you are 50,”.
