Brian Chira appears to have reached out to Tray Waithera for help regarding therapy. Brian was reported dead on Saturday, March 16 after a hit-and-run incident.

The TikToker had last year indicated he believed he might be depressed. In August, while on Kiss FM, Chira apologised to a famous celebrity whom he had defamed. He said his actions, among other online antics, had affected him.

He repeated the same sentiments to several other YouTubers. Tracy, an online personality, has taken to her IG where she shared a short conversation she had with Chira last year.

He had reached out to Tracy regarding therapy. Their conversation appears to have been on August 10th, 2023, as seen in the screenshot she shared on her Instagram.

She did not show most parts of their conversation, perhaps honouring privacy but what she showed was where she encouraged him about going on a path to recovery

"I want you to know you are not alone in his journey. It takes great strength to seek help, and I truly commend you for that. As a gesture of support, I'd like to share my therapist's number with you.

They have been a source of guidance and comfort for me and I believe they could offer valuable insights as you navigate through life as it continues life-ying."

Adding,

"Remember Brian that reaching out for assistance is a sign of courage not weakness. Your talents are a reflection of the incredible person you are, and I have no doubt that you possess the inner strength to overcome any obstacle in your path. Please don't hesitate to take this step towards healing and growth."

Tracy in 2023 opened up about her own therapy and got to improve herself with each session. In a Dec 2023 interview with Lynn Ngugi, the content creator told of her childhood trauma, forgiving herself and rebuilding her life.
