Celebrated media personality Jamila Mohamed is out here celebrating her daughter Rahma as she turns 16.

The Swahili News anchor used her socials to celebrate her last-born daughter for the amazing person she has become over the years.

Jamila went on to make a prayer, asking God to always protect her daughter and guide her as she navigates life.

“Acting Last Born is 16 years old today! (She has been acting for too long!) Alhamdulillah...Happy Birthday Rahma! Alhamdullilah for you and the amazing young adult you are becoming. May the Almighty keep guiding your path! #alhamdulilahforeverything❤️,” read Jamila Mohamed’s post.

Jamila who joined the media industry back in 2000 has always kept her marriage and family private despite her glamorous career over the years.

The Swahili anchor who began her career as a Marketing officer is married to Ahmed Farah.

Farah is the country manager of Trademark East Africa, a position he has served since 2016.

In December 2022, he was appointed by President William Ruto to be a member of the National Investment Council.

Farah also worked as the economic advisor of Mombasa County between October 2014 and May 2016.
