Legendary Congolese superstar Koffi Olomide has teamed up with Nigerian singer Davido for a new turn dubbed ‘Legende”.
The tune was officially released on several streaming platforms on December 2, 2023. While announcing the release of the new song Koffi said that the collaboration is going to be the biggest hit of the year 2023 as he wraps up the year.
The song comes days before Olomide lands in Kenya for an ultimate Rhumba Night organized by Radio Africa Events.
Koffi’s concert will be going down on December 9, 2023, at The Dome, Jamhuri Showground on Ng'ong Road in Nairobi.

In July this year, the two teamed up a new tune dubbed “Achii” following the massive success of their 2020 collabo song Waah!
The song which was produced by Laizer Classic managed to garner over 1 million views in just 21 hours – joining the list of the most-watched songs within a short period.
This made Platnumz make it known that he had always admired Koffi and that having him in his songs was an absolute honour.
Just the other day, Koffi made a video on his Facebook page and confirmed his arrival, saying that his main goal is to show his Kenyan fans whom he recognizes as 'my brothers' how much he loves them at the show.
"Mopao is coming to Nairobi on the 8th and 9th of December. It will be hot, I will be returning to Kenya after many years. I missed them for a long time. I want to show you the depth of my love," Koffi said in the clip.
