Musician Harmonize has landed in Tanzania after being in the United States for several days where he went to witness the release of the AEUSA 2023 awards.
The artist made history by winning 3 awards and in his press interview right after landing at the airport said that his awards were an honour for the nation because, through his victory, the nation was respected.
Harmonize also addressed his former mentor Diamond Platnumz recognizing him and congratulating him for winning three awards.
According to him, people who consider these awards to be normal aren't self-aware and Diamond's act of congratulating him means that he knows himself.
"What I can say is that I am proud of his presence [Diamond]. That is a sign of self-awareness, if you see someone talking like that, then you know that he knows himself, so I am proud of him. And I thank him very much," he said.
Speaking at the event to introduce his new artist at WCB, Diamond congratulated Harmonize for winning three awards at the event, saying that a father's joy is always to see his son become more and more popular nationally and internationally.
Diamond is considered Harmonize's mentor as he is the one who contributed to the great popularity of the artist after he took him from the streets in 2014 and later ended up giving him a contract.
However, later on, things went awry between the two of them in 2019, leading to the end of the contract in a terrible way, which caused great hostility between them until today.
