Miss Karun makes huge milestone as she features on ColorsXStudios

Singer, songwriter, producer, and instrumentalist Karun has finally reached the Colors studios. It is a collaboration with Spotify Africa.

She has been featured just days after Xenia Manasseh and Lisa Oduor were featured early last week.

Colors X Studio is a unique aesthetic music platform with diverse and exceptional artists from all around the globe, focused on the most distinctive new artists and original sounds.

They had a long camp in Kenya in October in order to bring talented musicians and showcase them in all of Africa and internationally.

They are to feature six Kenyans and Karun is the 3rd artist to be featured on it.

She announced it as suspense in her Instagram photo captioning that something special was going to drop and later posted the video of her singing in the studios.

She was one of the nominated B.E.T hip-hop group Camp Mulla in her early teens and when they chose to disband, she flew solo.

And when I say that she flew I mean it, she has been recognized in the R&B world for her magnificent songs. Like 'Catch a Vibe' and 'Glow Up'.

She has made notable career strides such as being featured on Forbes's Top 30 Under 30 Africa list in 2019, winning awards such as "R&B Artist of the Year" at the Cafe Ngoma Awards, and also, she has won a nomination for AFRIMMA awards.

She describes her music as meditative and honest which is true when you listen to it you feel the peace and it relates to real life.

Her songs have landed in big TV shows like Fox's, The Residents, and Focusrite in which she collaborated with on a scarlet promo.
