Diamond Platnumz's mum Sandra Dangote has found herself explaining to the public that she still holds Zuchu dear to her heart.
This is after she shared a video of gifts she had received from Tanasha Donna.
She praised and thanked Donna for the belated birthday gifts. Fans later took to social media to accuse Mama Dangote of unfollowing Zuchu on social media after the incident.
Speaking to Wasafi FM, Mama Diamond said she believes the gifts were from her grandson and not Tanasha.
"Ni kwa niaba ya Tom Kaka, ni kiunganishi."
Asked if she indeed unfollowed Zuchu, she said
"Nishazoea mwanangu. Sijamuaunfollow. Sasa nimu-unfollow kwa lipi? Wambea wa Insta wasiniletee mambo ya kitoto ya kizamani. Siko kwenye level hizo, mambo yangu ni ya kiutu uzima."
She went on to ask fans to stop pitting her against Zuchu.
"Wasinigombanishe na mwanangu Zuchu. Wote wanangu jamani, wasiniingize kwenye mambo yao."

It was also accompanied by a note that read "Mama, Something small for not keeping my promise. I hope you like it. Happy belated birthday Mom. May Allah bless you always. Love T."
Mama Dangote responded by sharing her gratitude;
"Duuuh natoka zangu site nakutana na Surprise ya zawadi yangu ya birthday kutoka kwa Mama Tom kaka @tanashadonna yani sina cha kusema ila nasema Alhamdullillah 🙏❤️🥰."
