Baba Levo Diamond Platnumz's good friend has taken the opportunity to plead with his boss to forgive Harmonize after the latter left WCB at the end of 2019.
Baba Levo was performing on stage for the first time at the Wasafi Festival and thanked Diamond for holding his hand saying that without him, he wouldn't be where he is.
He admitted that the song 'Amen' was not a joke but was more gospel and asked Diamond to forgive Harmonize as God forgives his people.
“Bila Diamond njaa ingeniuwa. Baba Yetu wa mbinguni tusamehe makosa yetu kama tunavyowasamehe waliotukosea. Tumeshamsamehe hata huyo Konde Boy mwenyewe. Diamond msamehe bosi wangu, msamehe ni kijana wako, umemtotoa msamehe, ahsante,” Levo told Diamond directly on stage as Chibu remained smiling at him.
It will be remembered that Diamond and Harmonize were very strong in the early 2010s, but they became enemies in 2019, leading to the outbreak of their musical rivalry.
After leaving Wasafi, Harmonize shared tons of interviews with the media saying that he was being ripped off at Wasafi and even after breaking the contract, he had to pay 600 million Tanzanian shillings to be given the copyright for his work as well as social networks.
However, Diamond has never talked openly about their quarrel but everywhere he goes, he is very proud of Harmonize's success, calling himself a father who is happy about the success of the child he raised.
Diamond said that he doesn't have any enmity with Harmonize, but it's just each other's struggles to find a living, saying that to some extent in the Bongo industry, in order for your music to go, you have to try to force a fight with someone.
