Alikiba's wife Amina Khalef called out the singer for allegedly refusing to sign the divorce papers while he was free to do anything in his life while she was caged.

Adding “Nimeondoka kwenye maisha yako kuepuka maumivu, abuse na mengi, lakini mpaka leo HUTAKI kunipatia Divorce huku wewe ukiwa huru kufanya mambo yako na mimi ukinifunga katika kivuli cha MKE WA MTU, (In the name of Kulinda Brand as you said), Kindly nakuomba SIGN THE PAPERS ili nipate Divorce yangu kila mmoja aendelee kwa uhuru, Asante!.”
This left social media on a frenzy with fans accusing the singer of having a relationship with Tanzanian businesswoman Jenifer Jovin aka Niffer.
Niffer shared a controversial video with Alikiba which has been termed cosy. The singer who follows no one on Instagram had only followed Niffer before his wife exposed him.
Well, Niffer shared a cryptic message on her social media;
"A woman who loves you will always think you are cheating on her, because she thinks every woman sees what she sees in you. Thats how love is."
The two have not confirmed nor denied the claims of dating each other.
