Kenyan rapper Ssaru is back in Kenya from her Dubai show.

She says the show was more than she expected.

"Nilikuwa nadoubt kama mafans wata pull up, but the love was too much. Nilipiga show safi"

She hinted at more shows as part of her international plans.

Speaking to Mungai Eve, Ssaru shared pointers that Ngesh wa Vasha should take in genge.

"kuna watu watakuja wakisema wakijaribu kumnini, but the moment, you know right now amehit limelight, vizuri, but the moment kimeanza kuumanan hivi kidogo, ama unapata mtu the first 20, 10 tenthousand, ingiza unapata hio doh, unapata unakuliwa hio doh, tafuta watu wenye 20,000 munashika pamoja na mkipata one million mtashika wote pamoja. "

The awarning about being taken advantage of stems from Ssaru's own experience.

"Alafu ukuwe na access, ukuwe we ndio unaplay the bigger part kwa kazi yao tuseme ka ku monitor youtube yako hapo ndo unaptanga unanyoroshwa. "

Ssaru also told Ngesh her most popular song is good

"It's not a bad song juu ukiona kama eatu wameipenda it's a good one.

Mi naeza mwambia tuu part yake me inanibamaba but ajue akikuja kwa hii industry like she has to do better.

Coz we mweneywe unajua waKenyan wanaku over hype alafu unajisahau, labda nyota yako ilikuwa kwa Engeenering unajikuta kwa music, I think if she really doing music like as a job, or as a kama anataka kuchukuliwa serious, she should do better than that."

Ssaru also added that it's hard for Gengetone in spite of talent.

"Industry haitambui ka wewe ni galdem or boychild, if you have a talent, siku hizi it is tough everywhere. Ukiwa na talent nini yako itaenda."

Ssaru is elated that Gengetone is now included in the Grammy awards

"We have always been told that Gengetone won't take us far, but now we are being recognized in the Grammys.

Clearly, that shows that as much as wasee wanacriticize, a bigger percentage inapenda, so let us focus on those who love the genre and it will still be here the next thing is BET.

That is the goal We are here to give you music, hipo gengetone and so much more na ni mafans wametuweka huko sio effort yetu peke yake, ni love yenu, so we appreciate everyone and we shall do more" she shared.

She had planned to release an EP this year but there is a setback

"Vile time inaenda, nataka first ni release song kadhaa maybe the EP will be next year," she told Eve.

Adding:

"Take it as a lesson because ilini chanua mambo mob sana. Right now I am working with serious people wachana na ule mwingine.

Right now we share the same goals, same dreams so it's easy to maneuver.

Heri ujaribu ikatae, but pulling yourself up when you fail nido inafaa, industry haikupatii chance to recover, you have to keep up with the pace, coz Kenyans kukusahau ni one time."
