New details have emerged as to why Bountiful Safaris CEO Esther Njoroge was dismissed by her former employer Bonfire Adventures.

According to a source from Bonfire Adventures, where she previously worked, things are not how Bountiful Safaris CEO Esther Njoroge painted them during her chat with vlogger Lynn Ngugi.

A source close to the company revealed that Esther was fired after being caught in a compromising situation with one of Bonfire's directors.

Esther states throughout the interview that her prior workplace was toxic and that one of the directors told her to go and open a brothel.

Information in the public domain however says her reason for dismissal was because of her illicit affair with one of the directors and the alleged loss of Sh20 million at the company.

Sarah allegedly opened a case involving the lost money but later dropped it dropped the case after mediation from well-wishers.

During the interview with Lynn, Esther says that although she had a bad experience at her previous employment she is grateful for the platform it gave her.

“Sometimes I do not like remembering, but what I say you know at the end of the day that changed my life in a way, I learnt something so I thank them because they offered me a platform. It was God’s time for me to be there but it was not easy, I would never want anybody to go through what I went through because it messed me up,” Esther Njoroge said.

“There are words that you are not supposed to say to people who have worked for you. One thing that hurt me the most is when I was told that Esther, you, and your friends can go and start a brothel. That damaged me. That is when I decided that I would never be employed again and I left,” she said.

The source confirms that the statement “go and open a brothel” were uttered to her by one of the directors but it was after the incident that she was found in a compromising situation.

We reached out to Sarah Kabu, in regard to the issue and this is what she had to say;

“I am appalled at the recent remarks made during an interview by a former employee of Bonfire Adventures, we are a reputable company that thrive in giving our employees the best and providing a conducive working environment for all.

“For the last 10 years, this lady has been using influencers to brand me a toxic boss to sanitize her past. I am a pro-women and support other women to grow in all their endeavors,".

Questioned on claims of being a side chick Esther said;

“I do not know where the rumor of being my former boss' side-chick came from and I do not care. If you focus on what people say at the end of the day they do not know your struggle and I said I will never argue for there is a God in heaven who is the judge of everything”,.

"I planned on how I would sell my car to supplement my income. I contemplated suicide but the prayers and support of my family helped me overcome the thoughts. I started bountiful Safaris with the help of my brother. I also had some savings,” Esther said during the interview.
