Sarah Kabu has hit back at Kenyans criticizing her over her dress during Akothee's wedding.

She has said she dressed according to the occasion adding that as long as her husband was ok with the dress naysayers can tell her nothing.

"Halafu wedding ya madam boss @akotheekenya mnataka tuvae maxi ama jeans? My husband was ok with the long slit so ndigithiai ngoma," Sarah warned.

Kenyan YouTuber Mungai Eve also received a fair share of trolling after photos of her poorly dressed during the wedding appeared.

Mungai rocked a short purple dress and a cap which made her look out of place. Accompanying her was her boyfriend Trevor who also made no effort to suit up. He was rocking a plain T-shirt with Jeans.

The young lass promised to dress better next time. The comment was after Tea Master Edgar Obare shared pictures from the wedding with the same sentiments as KOT.

"YouTuber Mungai Eve leaves fans in a state of utter shock and disbelief after rocking a skimpy ratchet dress and a funny hat to Akothee’s grand wedding. Did she miss the memo?"

She reacted sarcastically to his comment writing,

"😂😂poleni wadau next time hope sitapata invitation card kwa gate, sitawaangusha! In the meantime, fikeni youtube watch videos of the wedding 🤗"
