Mugithi artist DJ Fatxo now alleges his life is in danger.

This was after he was denied access to his house.

In a video shared on Instagram by SPM Buzz, the singer tried to access his house on the night of Saturday, May 20, but he didn't succeed.

Although the management has not revealed why the artist was denied from accessing his house, it is assumed to be because of the bad publicity the death of Jeff Mwathi brought.

Speaking to journalists after the incident, DJ Fatxo expressed his annoyance with how he had been treated.

"I'm tired of all this conflict. I'm a God-fearing person. We have a law and I think when it gets to this point, somebody should be guided. I don't want all this drama. I feel my life is threatened and still somebody is keeping me out of my house from 7 pm to midnight. It is not fair to me," DJ Fatxo said in an interview.

On the night Jeff died, he and some other friends of DJ Fatxo had allegedly gone out drinking.

On coming back in the wee hours of the night, Mwathi's lifeless body was found at the bottom of the 10th-floor building the Mugithi star leaves in.

It was alleged he had taken his own life something most people doubted.

Days ago, Fatxo took to his social media to thank the DCI after they cleared him on being a suspect in the death of Jeff Mwathi.

Below is his statement courtesy of his lawyer

"Dear fans, Followers & The General Public.

I hope you are all doing well. I wanted to address the recent allegations that have been circulating about me and my involvement in the death of my friend Jeff Mwathi.

First and foremost, I want to express my deepest sympathies to Jeff's family and friends, and to anyone else who has been affected by this situation.

I know that this has been a difficult time for many people, and I want to acknowledge the pain and hurt that has been caused by these accusations."

Fatxo added

"I also want to take this opportunity to clear my name and to assure you all that I have been found not guilty after thorough investigations by the DCI detectives and the ODPP.

While I am relieved to have this behind me, I know that there are still people who may be struggling with feelings of anger, frustration, and disappointment.

I want to use this situation to remind all of us of the importance of not jumping to conclusions or cyberbullying anyone based on mere accusations or hearsay stories.

As many of you know, I have gone through a very difficult period both emotionally and physically, and I know firsthand how damaging and hurtful it can be to be on the receiving end of false accusations and cyberbullying."

In conclusion, Fatxo asked people to stop passing judgment before determining whether someone is guilty or not.

"Let's all take a moment to reflect on how we can be more compassionate, understanding, and respectful toward each other.

I understand that this situation may have been difficult for some of you, and I want to encourage everyone to seek out the facts and approach this situation with an open mind and a compassionate heart.

Let's use this situation as an opportunity to come together, to learn from each other, and to grow as individuals and as a community.

Thank you for your continued support and understanding during this difficult time. I appreciate each and every one of you, and I hope that we can all move forward with grace and love.

Sincerely,Lawrence Wagura (DJ Fatxo)"
