Nominated senator Karen Nyamu is a happy woman.

This is after her co-wife Edday Nderitu went to the US on a vacation. The beauty of it is that she left behind her singer husband Samidoh.

Samidoh saw his family off at JKIA before coming back home.

A Facebook user who actually thought Samidoh and Edday were headed to Samburu commented on Karen Nyamu's post to tease her about her baby daddy leaving with his first wife.

“Amka watu wanaenda Samburu ma’am,” Shanice Eve commented.

Karen Nyamu laughed off Shanice Eve's comment and told her that they were headed to the US and not Samburu.

Edday took to her socials to announce she had arrived safely in the US adding that she was looking forward to explore the country.

"USA here we are ready to explore and have fun."

She was received by Bernice Saroni who will be hosting her throughout her stay.

The mother of three welcomed Edday saying life was meant to be explored.

"Welcome to the USA my siz 🇺🇸 Edday Nderitu time to explore and enjoy life is for the Living."
