We take a look at celebrities who have become mum's in 2023.

Some of these celebs are second time parents while some are first time mums.

1. Vera Sidika

The socialite and her husband Brown Mauzo have welcomed a baby boy March 10, 2023.

They are the latest parents in town, after a huge baby gender reveal Thursday March 9.

They have not announced the name of the child.

2. Vanessa Mdee and Rotimi

Tanzanian singer Vanessa Mdee and her actor fiance Rotimi welcomed a baby girl March 2, 2023.

They haven't revealed the name of their baby girl, but it will be interesting o find out. They have a son called Seven.

Rotimi dedicated a message to Vanessa after watching her welcome their child in the labor ward.

"When you go through life and find someone that will smile with you through any type of adversity… when you find someone that through type of hurdles they will still find a way to laugh with you...

"When fear arises, their first instinct is to grab your hand so you both can share your bravery. Just know you have officially found your soul," Rotimi wrote.

3. Miracle Baby and Carol Katrue

Kikuyu singer Miracle Baby and his girlfriend Carol Katrue have their first baby together.

The pair were elated for the addition to their family who arrived on Feb 17.

They updated their legion of fans with a hospital picture showing the new mum holding her childs hand.

"Welcome baby Rhonix. Friday 7:00 pm," read Katrue's caption on her Instagram stories segment.

4. Youtuber Nicholas Kioko and Ashley Wambo

The couple welcomed twin boys three weeks ago.

Kioko revealed the date and time the two babies were born including their respective weights.

"Baby Roman Lee (2.6kgs) & Rommy Reign (2.5kgs) born on 8th February 2023 at 6:24 p.m. & 6:25 p.m, respectively," Kioko wrote on Instagram.

5. Jimal Roho Safi and Wangari Thiongo

Jimal, the matatu businessman, announced his pride and joy on March 10.

He and his employee Wangari have a baby girl named Amal Ibrahim.

6. Ray C

The ex Tanzanian singer shared her delightful news in February that she had delivered a baby boy.

On 13th February, Ray C shared her news of a baby boy named Shahrukh. "Naitwa Mama Shahrukh," the songstress captioned the photo of her newborn.

7. Carey Priscilla and husband Benito

Akorino model and beauty entrepreneur Carey Priscilla delivered her second baby on 16 January.

We only know the child as Baby M.

8. Emily and Peter

Emily is the Akorino lady who claimed that twin brothers impregnate her.

She delivered a baby girl named Kui.

Sadly, baby Kui passed away.

They said they lost their daughter since they couldn't afford to take her to a better hospital after falling ill.
