It has been a long time since the father of two spent time with his sons, and this brief moment delighted the matatu owner.
Jimal and Amira officially divorced last year after a highly publicized breakup. Their differences stemmed from Jimal marrying a second wife, who was not getting along with Amira.
Amira rejected her co-wife Amber Ray and incessant fights and feuds ended their marriage to the Somali businessman.
Separately, amira took to her Instagram stories to tell fans about the difficulties in co-parenting.
"Are you guys co-parenting if yes how is it so far?" asked a fan.
Amira responded, "It's a nightmare. I love my kids to death and if I had a choice to go back in time and make the right decisions. I wouldst have picked him as their father, unfortunately, ...lakini maji ukishayavulia nguo, huna budi kuyaogea," she said.
Another Kenyan asked, "Do you have regrets so far?" Amira said, "I wish I had left earlier, to be honest," she shared about their previous marital strife.
A third person wanted to have an insight into what her two sons think about the whole situation.
Amira got candid saying, "They are big boys they know everything that's been happening, I can't answer all the questions today.
Since the internet never forgets, ill leave this here for my boys one day when they grow up inshallah, they will see this, I stayed in a toxic and violent marriage because of them, held onto a marriage that was already broken.
He was the worst person I have ever met and I loath him with a passion, I will never forgive him and even if I die today, I wouldn't want him to bury me or even mourn me, I left because I had to be happy with myself," she continued.
