1. Cleaned up my diet, I decided to do the Keto diet to see how fast I could balance my hormones and reverse my symptoms. i also did intermittent fasting.
2. I walked every day for 30 min. This is the best Workout for PCOS if you ask me.
3. I bought inositol to help with insulin sensitivity, evening primrose which is great for reducing inflammation, Vitamin D, and magnesium.
4. Pushed myself to be consistent. In 2 months my period was back. In 4 months I had lost 7KGs (whaaaat!!!)
