Gospel singer Kambua has revealed that she buried her son on Valentine's Day in 2021. The mother of three shared on her Instagram while announcing her new project titled 'Ametenda Mema' where she is thanking God for being so good in her life.

The singer said February is supposed to be a dark month for her but she chooses to celebrate more of what God had given her.

Kambua said her son was born on February 12th, 2021.

"He did so much more for me. The month of February is so special to me. I had a special boy that God gave to me. He landed on the 12th in 2021 and he went to be with the Lord and we laid him to rest on the 14th," she said.

Kambua has since welcomed a daughter and she thanked God for her blessing saying she had all the reasons to serve him.

"He continues to heal my heart. I now look back and see a woman who was broken being blessed beyond measure. A woman who was called a barren woman to having three amazing children, one who is in heaven with the Lord and two are with us."

In the recent past, Kambua also spoke about her past years when her doctors said she would never sire children and the backlash that came with it.

"God sat with me in my darkness. And slowly he began to lift me. He reminded me also that years ago I received a doctor’s report that said I could never have children.

He reminded me that as the world mocked me, He was busy working for my good and His glory. Right now a woman somewhere has just learned that her body is not “competent” enough to carry children."

Kambua encouraged those waiting to be blessed with children to wait upon God as He will restore them.
