Ugandan singer Joseph Mayanja aka Jose Chameleone has described his being alive as a testimony. He said this in the middle of his performance during his 'Gwajja Mujje' concert.

"I am a testimony. I should be dead but am alive, so don’t intimidate me. I am Joseph and you should let me live," he said.

The concert was attended by his friends in the music industry, thousands of fans and a special appearance from his parents Mr. and Mrs. Mayanja.

The singer said this was the first show his dad was attending in ten years. Early last year, Chameleone opened up about how he wanted his burial to be when he dies.

During an interview with NBS After 5, Chameleone said his manager knows what rites he would like for his last moments on earth.

He called on any funeral directors out there who are interested in managing his grand funeral to get in touch so they can talk about the possible avenues of monetizing his send-off.

Chameleone said that fans and media should play his music now that he is alive, and not wait for him to die for them to start playing his music on high rotation.

"I want to have a glass casket so that everyone can see me because so many people will attend my funeral from several countries," he said.
