Kenyan singer and self-proclaimed president of single mothers Akothee recently took to her Instagram to educate her followers on co-parenting.

She stated that it was immoral for parents to involve their kids in their issues stating that it has been a global pandemic where people start using kids as a weapon against each other.

"If there is anything that hurts me most, is when full-grown couples drug children into their disagreements.

"It's becoming a global pandemic where once couples separate, one will try to use the child to distract the other one's peace. It's not even the child they want, nor the upkeep, it's called the selfish spirit of the unknown, where you think your partner is happy without you and you never want them to move on. With this kind of spirit, you will end up ruining if not your children's life but also your own life" she wrote.

Adding that; "It hurts that we are ruining our children's lives by raising bitter generations, and it's being inherited by the next generations. I think Governments should come up with strict rules on cooperating with zero dramas, and even arrest the parent causing drama"

The award-winning singer went ahead to advise such parents and listed things that they should start using or doing.

She started by saying that parents should take care of their children without demanding support if they could afford it adding that partners should tell their children only good things about their partners and avoid badmouthing them.

Finally, the mother of five added that partners should just let their kids find out everything on their own without acting as transmitters.

Writing this, the singer has five kids with different baby daddies and has managed to raise them single-handedly without causing drama.
