Posh Palace beauty owner Susan Kaitanny among the Real Housewives of Nairobi cast member.
The 39-year-old lifestyle and beauty entrepreneur said she wanted to be on the show because she is fabulous but her family did not want her to be there.
She said she is obsessed with hair and she choose her own hairstyle every day.
She is also the Posh Palace CEO.
"I mean look at me, look at the hair, look at everything. I mean, how dare you ask me that? I was definitely on the top list," she said.
Asked how her family thought about you being on the show, Susan said they though she was mad.
The have since embraced her being on the show.
"They were like, “No Susan. You’re not going to do the show and put yourself out there. You know we’re conservative.” They did not approve but now I’m glad they do. It’s been too many months and now they know I love it. They can see how happy I am. I’m glad I have their support now."
She encouraged her fans to watch the show because they are doing everything real.
"I don’t know what I expected getting into this show. I thought it was going to be this fake life but the tears are real, the laughter is real, the friendships are real, the heartbreak is real. It’s torturous, it’s beautiful, it’s amazing. It’s everything. It’s a journey, and I’d love for you to take a journey with us."
Her experience getting to know the other ladies on the show, Susan said it was so much fun.
"What an eclectic mix of women. It was fun, dangerous, savage, and honestly, a real human experience."
"Being in the show means you just have to be authentic, sassy and classy. You have to really bring it. You have to look hot and be hot. You have to be posh like me but apart from everything, I think you just have to be fun, and also just eat life with a big spoon."
The Real Housewives of Nairobi will start showing from 23 February 2023 on Showmax.
