Mugiithi artiste Samidoh and Ohangla singer Prince Indah have released a love song ahead of Valentine's Day.
The song talks about a man who has feelings for a woman he once loved although the woman is no longer interested.
From the lyrics, a man claims the woman has been ignoring his phone calls and picking at their own time.
"I don't know if I offended you or you have already found someone else who stole your heart. You should have been patient with me since I was still very young."
In his part, Prince Indah says he has gone against his traditions after he introduced a lover to his family but ended up being dumped.
"You walked out of me and caused confusion. Even if you are gone, please don't forget about me. Your absence brings so much suffering."
He wished he could meet the girl just to find out how she was doing.
Samidoh's fans had a mixed reaction towards the song with many claiming the song was a dedication to Karen Nyamu after their breakup.
Samidoh's wife has rubbished those claims stating that the song was done a long time ago.
A fan identified as Ann Kaaria said; " Through the deep interpretation of the song, this is a total dedication to Karen, hoyee."
Responding, Samidoh's wife Edday said; "So you all think this song imeandikwa usiku naikashootiwa video the ika aproadiwa? ( So you all think this song was done overnight and uploaded?).
