Jalang'o said that if his party leader Raila Odinga had said no to his State House visit, he still would have gone.
He said Raila had given them a go-ahead to meet President William Ruto on matters concerning development.
"Raila has already given us a go-ahead on matters development, every party member has a key to discuss development, if I had to call him again in regards to State House call and he said no, I would still have gone," he said.
"If I receive a call, I will of course ask the agenda of the meeting, if it's development, I will go, if not, I won't go."
After the meeting with Ruto, Jalang'o said he was following up on the affordable housing in the Highrise ward.
