Digital Media Consultant turned YouTuber Kevin Mboya has promised not to return to Kwale after his three-years-girlfriend dumped him.
Kevin who has received a trip to Mombasa from Expendition Safaris Masaai told Vincent Mboya that he is in a journey to heal from the heartbreak.
In an interview, Kevin said he is ready to love again.
"I was affected mentally and I have tried to find people who can help me get myself back. I will not be going to Mombasa for three days fully-booked holiday but I promise not to go back to Kwale," he said.
Being a digital marketer and a social media consultant, Kevin said he had left his job to go and make his girlfriend happy.
He said he spoke out online since his life revolves around social media.
"Love is complicated and you can leave everything and go follow it. I left all my hustles to Kwale using SGR only to return heartbroken."
He said the reason he does not want to reveal her face and name online is that he doesn't want her to be bullied.
"We have dated for two years. She works in Kwale but we met in Nairobi. It was my third time to visit her. I am now focusing on myself and that is why I decided to speak out. It has helped me in healing process."
Pancras Karema, the Expeditions Maasai Safaris CEO while presenting the holiday voucher to Kevin said he wants Kevin to forget about the lady who disappointed him.
"Our customers have spoken. They want us to console Kevin Mboya ndio arudi soko. We will fly him to Mombasa for three days for an interrupted beach getaway with flights, accommodation, meals and all drinks on us. By the time he is coming back to Nairobi, he won’t even be remembering the name of that girl who broke his heart."
Kevin said he was excited about the gift.
"Thank you for extending this gift to me. It will help me get back on my feet and hopefully get a woman who deserves me."
Businessman Alinur has also promised Kevin another gift of Ksh 700k.
