Ommy Dimpoz loses large amount of cash days after ex's death

• The news came while he was still mourning his ex-girlfriend

Tanzania-based musician Ommy Dimpoz is lamenting over a new loss following the demise of his girlfriend, Maya Mia.

Taking to his social media accounts, the artist complained of how he'd lost a total of 13,000 dollars (Sh 1.6 million).

He shared how disappointed he felt and how distasteful the whole ordeal was for him. Ommy was particularly upset because he was still mourning the demise of his ex-girlfriend Maya.

"Yaani ata sijapoa msiba jana nimeibiwa dola elfu 13. Almost milioni 30 (I haven't even healed from the loss I'm currently going through and just yesterday someone stole 13 thousand dollars from me. That is almost 30 million Tanzanian shillings." the 'Vacation' hitmaker wrote.

He finished off by adding that he was not going to look into the matter or waste energy pursuing the culprit but would leave the matter to Allah for his is the guide of all things.

"Hiyo lakini nimeamua kumshtakia Allah, ( For this matter I have decided to just bring it forth to Allah)" the last of the singer's post read.

It was announced that his ex-girlfriend Maya lost her life 3 days ago. Following this Ommy Dimpoz changed his profile picture on Instagram to a selfie of them together.

He also shared numerous photos they took while hanging out together on different occasions Honouring her memory he wrote, "I am deeply saddened to think that she is gone. She is a person with a heart of gold.

My Maya... you will be missed forever and always. The beautiful moments you shared with us will always speak of the great person that you were.

Rest in peace up in heaven! Love you." Ommy Dimpoz wrote.

He also shared several videos and captioned them, "💔 … Innalillaah wainna illaihi raajuun (We surely belong to Allah and to Him we shall return)."
