Rapper King Kaka has released another testimonial song thanking God for healing him.

The song titled Ahsante is a walk down memory lane of when Kaka was taken ill in 2021.

"I was alone kwa bed bila cellular. Even though death was calling Trust kuna nuts Zilimove kwa hii Medula Whispers kwa pena hapo nyuma ya Goli .Nikaambiwa niwe na positive mind na tests ni Negative Surrounded by close friends na Relatives," he sings,

In the song, Kaka narrates how he had to be taught how to eat again on his road to recovery.

He also talks about being given 30 days to leave but appreciates that it is over a year now and yet he is still alive.

"Nikateachiwa kudishi Kama mtoi Mchanga. Wewe ushawai kuwa na nightmares mchana Lost kgs ka sijui nini nilikuwa nimekonda. Hakuna mlango, Kifo Ilikuwa imeGonga."

A year ago, Kaka also released an emotive song that showed a side that many have never seen before, teaming up with the talented Nviiri The Storyteller in “Manifest”.

The thoughtfully written song gave listeners an insight into how King Kaka was feeling during his challenging illness.

"One day I will tell the full story but as of now, I have summarized it in a song. I know we have different struggles, I hope that this song revamps the little hope and light left in you. You have a destiny and God has a plan for you," King Kaka told his fans.

‘Manifest’ was a mid-tempo song where Nviiri plays to his signature vocal strengths delivering the perfect poignant chorus for the song.

The singer is complemented by King Kaka who delivers thought-provoking and poetic bars that take you right into his frame of mind while writing the song.

The track is produced by Wuod Omollo while the video is directed by Steve Mugo. The visuals also feature raw clips that were taken by King Kaka’s wife Nana Owiti during his numerous hospital visits.
