Hamisa Mobetto has responded to claims that she uses charm to keep a man in her relationships.
Speaking to Wasafi media, Hamisa was asked;
Do you believe in witchcraft for your relationship to succeed?
"I don't know. I don't know," she responded while laughing
Have you ever used witchcraft to keep your relationship intact? She was asked.
"(Laughing)...Hebu niache bwana (Leave me alone Man) Next question so I can go? Next question, I want to go. I'm leaving laughing," she responded.
While she did not confirm nor deny she has used witchcraft before, fans are forced to take themselves back in 2018 when Diamond Platnumz accused the Tanzanian model of bewitching him to buy her a house. Which he actually bought.
In his song 'Katika' featuring Navy Kenzo, he confirmed that her charm actually worked on him.
"Tunguli zimenibamba, Mobetto," he sang.
In a 2018 interview, Diamond said he was sent audios that he alleged were of Hamisa and a witchdoctor seeking black magic to influence the singer through juju.
"Alikua ameenda kwa mganga, akawa anaongea na mganga. Anataka aniroge, nimuoe, nimpe nyumba. Nilitumiwa voicenotes ambazo najua huyu ni yeye. Nikamwambia huyu ni wewe. Nikamuuliza kwa nini unaenda kwa waganga unataka uniroge mimi, uroge mama yangu. Unataka uroge ndugu zangu, kwa sababu gani? Kwa nini unafanya vitu kama hizo."
(She had gone to a witch doctor. She was saying that she wanted to bewitch me, my mother and my siblings. In the leaked voice notes, I knew it was her and I told her that I know this is you. I asked why she did that)
He went on to say that he was hurt by the voice notes.
"Akaamua kutengeneza watu kwenye mitandao na kujaribu kuzungumza kwamba eti mama yangu na dada yangu wanafanya audition za kuigiza sauti yake yeye ili ile clip watu wakisikia ionekane ni ya uongo."
(She then decided to send people on social media to say that my mother and sister were auditioning people to imitate her voice so that when people hear the clip think is a lie).
