Songstress Nadia Mukami has taken to her Instagram page to open up about her battle with her post-partum body.
The new mom revealed that she had not been active on social media because she did not feel comfortable in her skin after all the weight she gained through her pregnancy.
Sharing a video of herself working out the 'Kai Wangu' artist complained about how hard it was losing weight highlighting that, unlike most celebrities who've come out to share their weight loss journeys, she wants to do it all natural.
Put in the work instead of using cosmetic procedures or surgery.
"I am trying to get to 60KGs!" started off the new mom.
Before adding that in as much as she wanted to lose weight she did enjoy the thickness that comes with pregnancy minus the loose tummy and double chin.
" It is so hard losing weight! Don't get it twisted I love the new thick me exclusive of mummy pouch, double chin, and my wrestling built-like arms😄" Nadia wrote.
She went on to add, " I have struggled with my weight, I even do not post a lot of photos and I had so much client work because I was soo insecure😭
But Now it's Nadia's Time!"
Nadia added that one of her main reasons for trying to lose weight was her desire to be fit for her performances.
"I have been trying to keep fit because of the performances! Let's say adjusting was so hard for me!! But there are no shortcuts!!! I have to work on being fit!
Let's go!!!" Finished off Nadia.
Nadia Mukami and her baby daddy Arrow Boy welcomed their bundle of joy in March this year.
