Brokenness and homelessness led him to call a friend living in Poland to find out if there were jobs in Poland. He borrowed sh200k to get documents and leave Kenya.
He got a job as a messenger but another opportunity as a construction worker arose and paid more money. He comforted himself and took the mjengo job.
Speaking to Vincent Mboya, a tearful musician told that "I had made up my mind to do the job and life had got to a point where I didn't give a f* about what people will say coz even music was not helping me financially, "
He has now opened up about living abroad.
Sadly again he lost his mjengo job in Poland over the Ukraine crisis. He went to Saudi Arabia doing other jobs and one day in Doha, he recorded himself telling Kenyans about the same mjengo job in Doha.
Conditions in the country didn't work out,. He decided to pack and come back to Kenya.
Months back, Mpasho got hold of a video of Majirani in Poland, working in a construction site.
The singer explained in that video that kazi ni kazi, as Kenyans hailed him for working any job to earn a living.
In the video in the airport, Majirani appeared happy and eager to see Kenya afresh.
He was determined to work "so nikaambia boss nitafanya job juu iko na doh poa and he said why not, you do it. I was very thankful then from there nikaanza ku realize actually sikuenda Poland kufanya job nikarealize I was depressed "
How did his video leak "maboys walikuwa wanarecord leaked the video nikfanya hiyo video ya kware so wakatag watu wa Mpasho and thent hat video went viral. "
"nimemiss mtaa," He has added weight and happily spoke about it "nimekula kuku za aarabu zamapolish hukpo, so niko sawa"
