Former Nairobi governor Mike Sonko isn't a man who will let a slight go without addressing it.

The politician who has become one of the biggest social commentators in Kenya has blasted veteran entertainer DJ Kalonje.

Sonko used his popular Instagram page to return fire at the deejay who had called him out yesterday evening in an an Insta Story.

In his post, the generous politician told Kalonje off for trying to blackmail him and called him a liar.

"Take your useless blackmail to hell, I've checked my Instagram inbox and you didn't reach out to me."

He also ridiculed the dj for asking for help like he was a slay queen and asked Kalonje to come clean on whether he had become a gay man?

"Usaidiwe na politician kwani we ni slay queen? Nakama umekuwa shoste utuambie!"

He ended his message by telling the well-known spin master that he wasn't a philanthropic organisation that had to help him.

"Mimi sio red cross ati lazima nikusaidie."

He also alluded to the relationship dramas Kalanja has had in the past that have played out embarrassingly online.

"Mafeelings zako na madepression zako za ma dame peleka mbali na mimi."

The politician was responding to a message where Kalonje had lamented that both Jaguar and Sonko for not helping him when they were in power.

"Politicians who had their chance to help the community but didn't. @Jaguar and @mike sonko. Mafala...When I reached out when my studio was taken over by Somali cartel mlinizungusha."

The disc jockey went to say that his father had passed on cause of the depression caused by losing his office in on day.

"I single handedly brought back my empire up again from scratch. Mungu ni nani..." he bragged.

He then finished off by saying that he knew that new Nairobi governor and a few other politiccians would now help him."
