Popular content creator Nicki Bigfish had been served with a 30 days notice to vacate from his current residence after a video he'd posted online went viral.

In the said video, Nicki did a skit addressing how caretakers harass tenants, close down people's houses without remorse and even go to the extent of switching off their phones so as not to engage with tenants among other things.

His landlord saw the trending video and was apparently very much angered by it.

Following this, he sent Nicki a letter asking him to vacate his apartments stating the video posted was in bad taste and aimed at inciting other tenants to look down on their agents and belittle their stated roles.

In the letter the landlord demanded Nicki moves out within 30 days and leaves everything as he'd found it.

We've all been waiting with baited breathe to see what would happen, if he'd actually move out and pay the 40 thousand that had been mentioned for repainting the house or if he'd have made peace with his landlord.

Turns out the landlord wasn't playing, once again Nicki took to his instagram to share screen shots of their conversation.

The landlord texted Nicki letting him know that his time was up and he needed to be out asap so that they could repaint the house for the next tenant.

He went ahead to threaten Nicki telling him if he won't have moved by the said time he'd send an individual identified as Ras and his people to "help" Nicki move.

The content creator went on to inform his landlord that he'd received legal advise and apparently what the landlord was doing was illegal.

But the landlord wasn't having it and is still insisting on Nicki vacating the premises.
