Kenyan singer and model Noti Flow caused a stir online after she bought her girlfriend a brand new blue Volkswagen whip for her birthday.

What bothered netizens is the fact that Noti bought the car in her name but came online to let us know that she'd have the logbook changed to have King Alami's name.

People wanted to know why she didn't have the car under her ownership in the first place if she was getting herself a birthday gift. Y'all see the math not matching on this one?

She promised to post the logbook online to verify ownership after a couple of netizens online claimed to doubt the authenticity of the gift. Because as Kenyans we've seen these scripts, not once or twice.

Our celebrities will chase clout to the deep seas to remain relevant.

A few concerned peeps came online to try and warn her against posting a sensitive document such as a log book online but she really wasn't having it.

She went ahead to post her car's logbook, letting us know that the NTSA was working on the transfer to her bae's name and it'd be done in 2 -3 weeks.

VDJ Jones commented, "Huyu ashawai kuibiwa gari? Hii log book tayari iko morio anaprint grogon. Never post such documents for the sake of proving a point."

However, Noti didn't take the advice lightly.

She took a screenshot of the comment and posted it on her insta stories with the caption, "Lol gari si njugu ati utaiba. Let a n*gah try, see if he won't land in jail."
