Mungai Eve is the biggest thing on YouTube at the moment as far as content creators go. Not only is she hanging out with the big boys, but she is also pulling in a lot of money from the videos she posts.

This week, she was interviewed on SPM Buzz and spoke about a lot of different things in her life.

She revealed that her second video where she interviewed Mbogi Ngenje was the one that made her go viral.

She added that they got monetised on the first day! Yep! You read that right. Another thing that she spoke about is the medical condition that she has been going through.

She said that she has been an overthinker in her life and has battled ulcers in her life.

"It wasn't easy. It hasn't been easy (speaking about becoming a successful content creator) as I was still battling ulcers. Still up to date kuna time inanisumbua. Kama leo nimekaa hapa but tumbo inaniuma!"

According to the Mayoclinic, Peptic ulcers are open sores that develop on the inside lining of your stomach and the upper portion of your small intestine.

The most common symptom of a peptic ulcer is stomach pain. They include;

  • Gastric ulcers that occur on the inside of the stomach
  • Duodenal ulcers that occur on the inside of the upper portion of your small intestine (duodenum)

The most common causes of peptic ulcers are infection with the bacterium Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) and long-term use of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) such as ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin IB, others) and naproxen sodium (Aleve).

Stress and spicy foods do not cause peptic ulcers. However, they can make your symptoms worse.

Peptic ulcers occur when acid in the digestive tract eats away at the inner surface of the stomach or small intestine. The acid can create a painful open sore that may bleed.

Your digestive tract is coated with a mucous layer that normally protects against acid. But if the amount of acid is increased or the amount of mucus is decreased, you could develop an ulcer.
