Kenya has witnessed many celebrity scandals over the years. Unlike in most first-world countries, those scandals don't seem to cost the well-known personalities much over the long run, save for some bad press.

Let's take a look at some of the well-known celebs who have passed through s3xual scandal and emerged from them smelling like roses ( I exaggerate!) 

Let's begin;

1. Hopekid and DK Kwenye Beat

In 2019, these two gospel celebs were accused of participating in an orgy with an unidentified female. The two would later admit fault and apologised to the public.

Although their careers haven't really been hot for a moment, the reason for that has solely been the lack of consistent output from them.

2. Dj MO

The gospel disc jockey was the face of infidelity in late 2020 when it was revealed that he had cheated on the mother of his two kids, Size 8 with a curvy socialite.

While he lost his Crossover101 DJ gig, he has been able to come back with a vengeance and is once again being used as a brand endorser.

4. Kabi WaJesus

The popular YouTuber who announced the great news that his wife was expecting their second child yesterday, was not in such a great place this time last year.

Kabi, it would be later confirmed had fathered a daughter with his blood cousin. Yep, that shocking news while embarrassing, still hasn't affected his career as a content creator still soaring.

A hiccup yes, but a hiccup nonetheless. 

5. Terence Creative

The comedian who is married to Milly Chebby was exposed as a cheat in 2019.

The news came as a surprise to many considering the relationship that Terence and Milly had shown to their fans and followers.

But as with all the men above, the public soon forgot and forgave Terence. In fact, 2021 was arguably his biggest year with his Congolese skit on 'Wash Wash' becoming the biggest parody in Kenya last year.

6. Dj Creme

The popular deejay was captured cheating on his wife with another woman in a leaked 5 minute s3xtape.

The DJ apologised about the sordid affair and was welcomed back into the fold. At the moment, he is still one of the biggest spinmasters in the +254.

From the stories, one can see that s3xual infidelity and impropriety isn't a death knell in Kenya.
