Tony Kwalanda to vie for an MCA seat in 2022

Sports personality Tony Kwalanda will be vying for a political seat come 2022. The sports enthusiast says he will be vying for an MCA seat.

Speaking during an interview with Robert Burale, the 37-year-old shared,

"I am an aspiring MCA in Kakamega county in Manda Shivanga ward. It has come that time when we have to take charge of the places we live in. We cannot continue looking and wishing."

Tony says he was an only child hence the death of his mum left him devastated

"I was the only child from my mother. She died while I was in class 8 and after that is when I had to reconnect with my dad as my mum was a single mum.

Her death caught everyone by surprise but my aunties took me in before they handed me over to my dad.

It was not a good transition but I had to adjust. There was also a culture shock but ni life."
