Tanzanian artiste Alikiba has said beef in the music industry only helps when it's bringing you money, if not then it's a waste of time and energy.

Kiba who was speaking during a Mpasho Live session said people should be careful so that 'created' beef does not turn real.

''Beef can help you if you are making money from it, But if you do not then it does not help.

For instance, if you create beef and it turns to bve real beef it ends up destroying a lot things and relationships.''

For a long time, Alikiba and Tanzanian artiste Diamond have been thought to be sworn enemies, something they have both refuted.

''I don't follow beefs, I also cannot argue with fellow artistes after all no one helps me create my music.

I support everyone, whether they support me or not.

I am not ready to continue beef with people who are not helping me.

All I want to do is be close to my fans, create good music and make money'' Alikiba retorted.
