Tanzanian RnB star Loui has dropped his most anticipated EP dubbed 'Lights On Me.' The singer who is currently in Kenya has released the first single to the EP 'Hennesy'

Speaking exclusively to Mpasho.co.ke Louis describes this EP as a summary of his musical journey.

"I have my own history in music, I have documented my journey in this EP, right now I've started seeing light that’s why I named this piece of art like this. It wasn't hard to do the EP as each song talks about a specific thing"

"About the song Hennessey, I did it especially for the ladies, I was fantasizing. It is a club banger, a party song."

The EP has six songs Kona, Hennessy, Unanimaliza, Leo, Sawa and Lost. The songs were produced by S2kizzy and Trone.

I have documented my journey in this EP

He says as much as he is in love with all his songs, the song 'Lost' is dear to his heart.

"This song is about a personal experience, it talks about a man that goes back to his girl and apologizes.

This has also happened to a friend of mine" he said

Adding; “I feel proud and honoured to work with these amazing producers on my debut EP.

I have always been a big fan of their work given that they’re responsible for a majority of the Biggest hits to ever come out of East Africa.

Also having my label and the team behind every step of the journey is just a blessing."
