If you've been lucky enough to watch the film Divergent, you'll remember the scene where Tris (Shailene Woodley) and Four (Theo James) have to climb high up a high mast-like structure.
They are trying to get a better view of their target; which is a glowing flag that they have to reach ahead of their 'opponents.' It is a simulated war zone and everyone is trying to get there first:
Tris: You alright?
[Four looks around him in fear]
Tris: You're afraid of heights.
Four: Everyone's afraid of something.
It becomes apparent that even though Four is a brilliant, fearless soldier, he is afraid of heights. We all are afraid of heights. I am afraid of heights and spiders (arachnophobia).
I was once afraid of approaching beautiful (Venustraphobia) but that subsided over time.
For Lupita, she's also afraid of heights (Acrophobia). In a recent shoot for Lucky Magazine, she talks about being starstruck, what someone told her about not wearing black all the time as well as her family.
