The director of public prosecutions, Keriako Tobiko has said in a statement that he believes  that there is enough evidence to charge Pastor James Ng'ang'a for causing the death of Mercy Njeri.

Pastor James Ng'ang'a was allegedly involved in a fatal accident that led to the death of the aforementioned. He strongly refuted those claims and even went on national TV to defend himself.

Keriako Tobiko went on in his statement to say that he had interrogated six witnesses so far who are now under the Witness Protection Agency.

This latest development adds another interesting twist to this story which has wound on for quite some time. Was Pastor James Ng'ang'a boldly  lying about his alibis and his involvement in the accident? It's up to the court to decide.
